The long and the short of it is simple. I me John Once sleeps in a astronaut cage traveling back to earth from Mars on a distress call. While asleep I import games of a sort. Holodeck images of lives past in the archives. I John happen upon my true identity, Thanos. Captain Thanos not the marvel guy with purple head and a big nut sack for a chin.

 But a devil looking character who can take on any Identity he chooses. While searching the archives of past planets. I John Happen on to a story in the Delta quadrant, named Earth. Knowing my history well I know there is no Earth. It's only a tale told to kids that there is place where mankind all sprang from. A tale not unlike the garden. "Go to the garden." Thanos retirement home. And they be right, except its a now a place but a program a hologram called Earth. It's cobbled together lots of history's strung together to make a fabric the computer can use like a record to see and fabric on the spot called the earth.

 This is a get away for Captain Thanos. Aka John Once Kincad. He changed his name when he board the ship. I was picked up on a distant planet by the High Counsel and told to execute plans for housing "prisoners" in a holodeck you call earth. In real time. It would satisfy what the universe needed. To be cleansed of the the criminals and low performers of what is left the known universe.

While executing said plan, they hacked into my personal memory and found about the greatest secret of all. The Star Rift. The opening in the universe to another place. A place we have no name for. A place where we could all stretch out and be gone. Never to see one another again. It's a big place, this Star Rift gives the quadrants and location from earth. Nearby a quadrature of the earth. Mars.

 Mars is not a only a planet but a place in the solar system that houses the holodeck transmitters projecting a false earth in the location, we all know. Earth a big blue marble in space teeming with life and dinosaurs and you name it. Once you have the keys to star travel you have the means to time travel. And all things are at your beck and call at that point. No more being sold on making money or living your life as a someone in a know bodies world. The life we all seek is a life of power to travel and a power to feed one self beyond the stars. It's there for the taking but no one is asking for it. You can't ask for what is not given. The star rift gives the answer. There is more to the universe.

Now Thanos has the biggest secret of all. There are multi verses. Which he uses to keep the peace. He is more of an law enforcer than a villian. He just knows what to do at the right time to get the most results. It usually pleases the High Counsel what he decides. They are never any disappointing results until... now. Thanos feel in love.

 This is put the universe and multiverse on notice. The high Counsel quickly trying to cover up for the loss of a great mind. Introduced the idea of a TV show, an multi dimensional TV show that shows the hero and heroin in compromising stories that are real in real time. No scripts and dialogue. And the main attraction is Death Trap 3000.

Where Thanos is killed practically every episode and is resurrected over and over. Because that's what the audience wants, and gets it in spades. It is now in it's four season where Thanos is a human male John Once Kincade married and has 3 beautiful daughters. They are all secretly serial  killers because they learned of the holodeck and ways to kill people without a trace using the false doors and entry points of the multiverse.

 All this bad karma or juju is piling up. Unawares to the killers. Thanos and the high counsel were not aware of the problem until lately. The multi verse seemed a great place no major crimes and stability everywhere except a little unknown place called Earth. The Earth is a holodeck transmission and nothing more from Mars. The cat is out of the bag. So to speak. But wait there is more.

MAA runs the black magic secret societies that have sprung up because of the information of the holo deck. Meanwhile the "spirits" are plying up in John's Backyard in another dimension. The bones of the dead are so great that now the High Counsel has let them all see it. It looks like two twin towers in the multi verse. The symbol of power over death. And they are not only glimmering white but are primarily the kills of the John Once Kincade family.

And now you see the plot thickens, its time to make Thanos/John believe this is a real world.
"Make him pay, for all the sins." High Counsel. Time to make John believe earth is real. Where people buy food and gas and walk around for now real reason and watch TV and basically master a wasteful  life,  in a humble way. "Money is everything. And chicks are for free." John Once.

The truth of it all is, one guy is slowly losing his mind. He is bi polar and creates worlds within worlds. Over and over daily. He is stuck in a rut and wants out. That out is the police by shackles or hospital stays. Which are basically more of the same.

"Eat, drink, talk for tomorrow you die." MAA this is the basic tenets of the Broken Black Crayon. A bi polar episode near you.
